Are you an enthusiastic and compassionate Teacher looking to make a real difference in a specialist setting? We are currently recruiting for a dedicated SEMH Class Teacher to join a supportive and welcoming school on the outskirts of Nottingham, working with pupils who have a range of special educational needs and social and emotional mental health. This is a rewarding opportunity to work in a nurturing environment where every student is supported to reach their full potential. The school caters for children with a variety of needs, including autism, ADHD, and social, emotional and mental health (SEMH) challenges.
As a SEMH Class Teacher, you will play a vital role in delivering a tailored and inclusive curriculum that meets the individual needs of each learner. You will be responsible for planning and delivering engaging, differentiated lessons, creating a structured and supportive classroom environment, and working closely with teaching assistants and external professionals to ensure the best outcomes for pupils. Building strong relationships and maintaining a calm, consistent approach will be key to your success in this role.
