Role: Primary Teacher – long-term full-time or part-time roles
Location: Folkestone
Salary Range: £34000 – £45000
Tradewind is recruiting! We work with a range of Secondary Schools in the Folkestone area. We are looking for Teachers for ad-hoc, short-term or long-term positions.
Responsibilities
- Create dynamic, interactive lessons that follow the National Curriculum and reflect the unique needs of every learner.
- Cultivate a welcoming and stimulating classroom where children feel safe, confident, and motivated to achieve their best.
- Plan and deliver lessons that ignite curiosity and encourage active participation.
- Track and evaluate pupil progress, giving constructive feedback that supports continual growth.
- Maintain a calm, organised environment that promotes respect, collaboration, and a sense of belonging.
