The Role

• Deliver engaging pre-set lessons or adapt materials to suit the needs of the class
• Create a positive and well-managed learning environment
• Maintain high expectations for behaviour and engagement in line with school policies
• Teach across a range of subjects or within your specialist area
• Provide brief handover notes and feedback for permanent staff where required

We\’re Looking For

• Qualified Teachers (QTS or QTLS) or instructors with secondary classroom experience
• Strong classroom management and communication skills
• Professional, adaptable, and reliable educators
• Teachers who can quickly build rapport with students and staff alike
• An enhanced DBS registered on the Update Service (or willingness to obtain one)
