Key Responsibilities
- Classroom Management: Confidently manage classroom behaviour, ensuring a positive and productive learning environment for all students.
- Lesson Delivery: Follow and deliver pre-set lesson plans across various subjects, ensuring students stay on task and complete their work.
- Student Engagement: Actively support students with their learning, answering questions and providing guidance where needed.
- Policy Adherence: Uphold school policies regarding safeguarding, behaviour, and health and safety.
Requirements
We welcome applications from individuals with various backgrounds. You will need:
- A University Degree OR a recognised Teaching Qualification.
- Alternatively, proven experience working within a classroom or school-based environment.
- An enhanced DBS check (or willingness to apply for one).
- A resilient, "can-do" attitude and a passion for supporting young people.
