Location: Barrow-in-Furness

Pay: Β£90 - Β£130 per day (depending on experience)

Contract Type: Part-time, Day-to-Day, and Long-term opportunities available

Key Responsibilities

  • Classroom Management: Confidently manage classroom behaviour, ensuring a positive and productive learning environment for all students.
  • Lesson Delivery: Follow and deliver pre-set lesson plans across various subjects, ensuring students stay on task and complete their work.
  • Student Engagement: Actively support students with their learning, answering questions and providing guidance where needed.
  • Policy Adherence: Uphold school policies regarding safeguarding, behaviour, and health and safety.

Requirements

We welcome applications from individuals with various backgrounds. You will need:

  • A University Degree OR a recognised Teaching Qualification.
  • Alternatively, proven experience working within a classroom or school-based environment.
  • An enhanced DBS check (or willingness to apply for one).
  • A resilient, "can-do" attitude and a passion for supporting young people.
