Tradewind Recruitment are currently recruiting for an enthusiastic and motivated Sports Coach to work within a welcoming Primary School in Scunthorpe. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone passionate about physical education, child development, and inspiring young people through sport and teamwork.

The successful candidate will support pupils across EYFS, KS1, and KS2, delivering engaging sports sessions, promoting healthy lifestyles, and encouraging positive behaviour and participation.

The Role:

  • Deliver high-quality PE and sports sessions to primary-aged pupils
  • Support class teachers with outdoor learning and physical activities
  • Encourage teamwork, confidence, and participation among pupils
  • Help organise games, activities, and school sports events

The Ideal Candidate Will Have:

  • Experience coaching or working with children in a school or sports setting

  • The ability to motivate and engage pupils of all abilities
  • Relevant coaching qualifications or experience (desirable)
  • An enhanced DBS on the Update Service or willingness to apply for one
