Job Description
We are looking for a highly organised and proactive Administrator to join our dedicated team at a mainstream College. As an Administrator, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations of the college, supporting both staff and students in an administrative capacity. This is full-time role that starts ASAP and will last until at least Christmas. The pay is between Β£14.50 - Β£16.50 per hour.

Key Responsibilities of the Administrator:

- Manage day-to-day administrative tasks within the College
/n
- Provide administrative support to staff, including supporting the enquiries line
/n
- Front of house duties
/n
- Ensure that all school procedures and policies are adhered to with a high level of attention to detail
/n
/n
Requirements for the college Administrator:
/n
/n
- Experience working in a school/college environment is beneficial
/n
- Capacity to travel across both sites - Immingham and Scunthorpe
/n
- Excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
/n
- Great communication skills, both written and verbal
/n
/n
