Science Instructor – Northampton

Location: Northampton

Start Date: October 2025

Contract Type: Full-Time | Long-Term | Potential for Permanent Position

Pay Rate: £100-£150 per day (based on experience and responsibilities)

Your Key Responsibilities Will Include:

  • Delivering structured and engaging Science lessons across Biology, Chemistry, and Physics

  • Creating a positive, inclusive, and well-managed classroom environment
  • Implementing behaviour management strategies calmly and consistently

Who We\’re Looking For:

  • Science graduates (Biology, Chemistry, Physics, Environmental Science, Biomedical Science etc.)
  • Individuals with experience delivering or supporting Science lessons (in schools, tutoring, or outreach)
  • Confident communicators with strong classroom presence and a passion for science education
  • Candidates interested in exploring formal teaching routes (PGCE, SCITT, QTS Apprenticeships)
  • Applicants with an Enhanced DBS on the Update Service – or willingness to obtain one
