Maintenance & Repairs: Carrying out minor repairs, general DIY tasks, and coordinating with external contractors for larger projects. Grounds & Facilities: Maintaining the school grounds, overseeing cleanliness, and ensuring facilities are ready for daily use and any events. Planned Maintenance: Implementing and monitoring planned maintenance programmes to keep our school in top condition. Logistics: Managing deliveries, moving equipment, and setting up rooms as required. Teamwork: Working collaboratively with school staff and external partners to maintain a high-quality learning environment. What We\'re Looking For: Proven experience in a similar site management, caretaking, or facilities role, ideally within an educational setting.
