A friendly, community-minded primary school in Bristol is looking for a reliable and proactive Site Manager to join their team. This is a school full of heart - set on spacious grounds and home to much loved chickens and Guinea pigs!
If you enjoy variety, working outdoors and being part of a genuinely supportive school environment, this could be the perfect role for you.
About the Role:
- As the school's site manager, you will play a vital role in ensuring the school is safe, secure, clean and well maintained.
- Overseeing the maintenance and presentation of the school buildings and grounds
- Carrying out minor repairs and practical fixes
- Keeping external areas tidy
- Supporting the wellbeing of the school's animals (and enjoying their company!)

- Practical, hands-on skills and confidence handling small repairs
- Someone organised, dependable, and able to work independently
- A friendly presence who enjoys being part of a school community
- Previous experience in site management or caretaking (desirable but not essential)
