We are seeking a friendly, organised, and professional School Receptionist to join a welcoming school in Ealing. This is a key front‑facing role, ideal for someone who enjoys working in a busy school environment and making a positive first impression for pupils, parents, and visitors.
Key Responsibilities
- Acting as the first point of contact for parents, visitors, and external professionals
- Managing incoming calls, emails, and visitor sign‑in procedures
- Supporting safeguarding procedures, including visitor checks and ID protocols
- Providing administrative support to the school office and senior staff
- Maintaining accurate records and assisting with attendance and pupil data
