The role centers on 1-to-1 mentoring and small-group interventions for 11–16 year olds, with duties in inclusion suites and mainstream classrooms, under safeguarding guidance.
Term-time hours 8:30–15:30, Monday–Friday; 30–32.5 hours weekly; permanent school contract pathways after the 2026/27 year.
