We are currently recruiting adaptable, confident individuals to work as School Cover Supervisors across a network of mainstream secondary schools across Lancashire. If you excel at leading groups, managing behaviour, and inspiring young people, you already have the exact skills needed to succeed in the classroom. No previous school teaching experience or formal teaching qualifications are required, as full training is provided.

As a Cover Supervisor, you will be responsible for leading classrooms and supervising students aged 11-16 when their regular teacher is absent.
Your Transferable Skills:

No Lesson Planning or Marking:

Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise whole classes in mainstream secondary schools across various subjects.

What We Are Looking For:
- Confident communicators with a strong, natural presence.
- Experience leading or supporting young people (e.g., youth workers, sports coaches, football coaches, scout leaders, guide leaders, holiday camp workers, or play-scheme workers).
- Candidates must hold an Enhanced DBS check on the Update Service, or be willing to apply for a new one.
