Are you reliable, hardworking, and enjoy working in a fast-paced food environment? We are looking for a Catering Assistant to join a friendly secondary school on the Wirral, supporting the day-to-day running of the school kitchen and helping provide nutritious meals to students and staff.

What you'll be doing:

  • Assisting with the preparation and serving of food and drinks
  • Supporting the kitchen team during busy service periods
  • Ensuring high standards of cleanliness and hygiene are maintained at all times
  • Washing up, cleaning kitchen equipment, and maintaining a tidy workspace
  • Following food hygiene and health & safety procedures
  • Supporting with stock rotation and basic food preparation where required
