This is an exciting opportunity to lead and develop the school's Careers Education, Information, Advice and Guidance (CEIAG) programme, ensuring students are equipped with the knowledge, skills and experiences needed to make informed decisions about their future education, training and employment.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and coordinate the school's CEIAG programme.
- Deliver impartial one-to-one careers guidance, group sessions, workshops and assemblies.
- Develop and maintain partnerships with employers, colleges, universities, apprenticeship providers and external organisations.
- Organise careers fairs, employer encounters, workplace visits and work experience opportunities.
- Support students with CV writing, interview preparation, UCAS applications, personal statements and apprenticeship applications.
