We are currently seeking an experienced and committed Behaviour Mentor to work full-time (5 days per week) across welcoming and well-regarded secondary schools in Lambeth. This is an excellent opportunity for a Behaviour Mentor who is passionate about supporting young people, promoting positive behaviour, and making a meaningful impact on students' academic and personal development. The Role
- Supporting students with behavioural, emotional, and social needs
- Working closely with teaching staff, SEN teams, and pastoral leads
- Providing 1:1 and small group interventions
- Helping students develop self-regulation, resilience, and positive coping strategies
- Promoting positive behaviour and engagement across the school
The Ideal Candidate
- Has previous experience working as a Behaviour Mentor or in a similar pastoral/behaviour support role
- Has experience working with secondary-aged students
- Is calm, resilient, and confident in managing challenging behaviour
- Builds strong, trusting relationships with students and staff
- Is committed, reliable, and able to work full-time
