Tradewind Recruitment are currently seeking a professional, organised and experienced School Administrator to join a vibrant Secondary School in Manchester. This is a full-time, long-term position with an immediate start, offering a competitive daily rate of £100.

About the Role:

As a School Administrator, you will be an essential member of the school\’s support team, handling a wide range of administrative responsibilities. Your duties will include managing pupil attendance data, answering phones and greeting visitors, maintaining school records, liaising with parents and staff, and supporting the Senior Leadership Team with various admin tasks.

You should be comfortable using school management systems such as SIMS or Arbor, have strong IT skills, and a flexible approach to your workload. The ability to remain calm, professional, and friendly in a fast-paced environment is key to success in this role.

Essential Requirements:

Only applicants with prior experience working in a school or educational setting will be considered

Proficient in Microsoft Office and familiar with school MIS systems (e.g. SIMS, Arbor)

Excellent communication and organisational skills

Professional, approachable and reliable

Knowledge of safeguarding and data protection principles

Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply for one)
