This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced professional who is passionate about supporting young people in their educational journey. The successful candidate will play a vital role in assisting teachers within the classroom, delivering small group interventions, and providing targeted 1:1 support to pupils who require additional guidance.
The School is looking for candidates who:
- Have previous experience working in schools and education - applicants without school-based experience cannot be considered
- Can work collaboratively with teachers to raise attainment, improve engagement, and maintain high standards of behaviour and inclusion.
- Are proactive, reliable and able to adapt quickly to the needs of the school.
- Hold a Level 3 CACHE/NVQ qualification in Supporting Teaching and Learning
- Can demonstrate at least 2 years' experience as a Teaching Assistant within Secondary Schools.
