Tradewind Recruitment is proud to be working in partnership with a well-regarded secondary school in Salford, who are seeking a committed and confident Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) to join their team on a full-time basis. This role is to start ASAP and offers the opportunity to play a key role in supporting teaching and learning across the school.
The Role
- Supporting pupils across Key Stages 3 and 4, both in and out of the classroom
- Working closely with teaching staff to raise attainment and engagement
Essential Requirements
- Please note that only applicants with prior experience working in schools or educational settings will be considered.
- Hold a CACHE Level 3 Supporting Teaching and Learning qualification or higher
- Have proven experience working in a secondary school environment
- Have a strong understanding of safeguarding and school policies
