Tradewind is recruiting motivated Early Career Teachers for EYFS, KS1 and KS2 roles across Salford for the 2026/27 academic year. With a strong network of partner schools, we have a proven track record of placing ECTs into their first roles and supporting them through a successful induction.

Our schools are looking for ECTs who:

  • Have a solid understanding of the EYFS, KS1 and/or KS2 curriculum
  • Bring a positive, proactive attitude to the classroom

  • Have experience with schemes such as RWI, Letters and Sounds, White Rose Maths, Oxford Reading Tree, Rising Stars and more
