We are seeking an enthusiastic, organised and dedicated individual to join a Primary School in Sale for an exciting dual-role position, leading the thriving wraparound care provision while also supporting the day-to-day administration within a busy school office.
As Wraparound Care Leader, you will oversee the daily operation of a popular breakfast and after-school provision, ensuring a safe, stimulating and inclusive environment for children aged 3-11. Working closely with the Senior Leadership Team and school office, you will plan and deliver engaging activities, lead and support the wraparound care team, communicate effectively with parents and carers, and ensure the highest standards of care, safeguarding and compliance are maintained.
Alongside this, you will undertake key administrative responsibilities within the school office, providing an efficient and professional service to pupils, families and staff.
Working hours would be:
- Monday 10.15am - 6.00pm (After School Club 3.00pm - 6.00pm)
- Tuesday 10.15am - 6.00pm (After School Club 3.00pm - 6.00pm)
- Wednesday 7.30am - 2.15pm (Breakfast Club 7.30am - 9.00am)
- Thursday 9.15am - 6.00pm (After School Club 3.00pm - 6.00pm)
- Friday 7.30am - 3.15pm (Breakfast Club 7.30am - 9.00am)
To be considered for this role, you will need:
- A Level 3 qualification or suitable qualifications that would work for the role
- Proven experience working with children in the primary age
- Strong communication skills to engage effectively with children, parents, and colleagues
- A proactive and adaptable approach, with the ability to work collaboratively within a team
- A thorough understanding of safeguarding practices and child development
