SEN Teacher – Corwen
£160-£200 per day | ASAP Start | Full-time

Tradewind Recruitment are looking for a compassionate, skilled SEN Teacher to join a welcoming specialist provision in Corwen. This role is ideal for a teacher who is confident adapting lessons, supporting complex needs, and creating an inclusive, nurturing learning environment.

Responsibilities

• Teaching small groups of pupils with a range of additional needs (ASC, SEMH, MLD)
• Planning personalised, differentiated lessons
• Working closely with TAs, therapists and the wider SEN team
• Supporting emotional regulation, behaviour and engagement
• Creating a calm, safe and encouraging classroom environment

Qualifications

• Experience working within SEN settings (PRU, specialist school or mainstream SEN)
• Strong behaviour management and de-escalation skills
• QTS or relevant teaching qualification
• DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply)
