About the Role:
- As a Supply Teaching Assistant, you'll play a vital role in supporting teachers and pupils across a range of year groups.
- Your key responsibilities will include:
- Assisting teachers with classroom activities and learning support.
- Providing one-to-one and small group support to pupils.
- Encouraging positive behaviour and engagement in lessons.
- Supporting pupils with Special Educational Needs (SEN) when required.
- Helping to create a safe, supportive, and inclusive learning environment.
