Key Responsibilities
- Support children with SEND within the classroom and through targeted interventions
- Work closely with class teachers and support staff to implement individual learning plans
- Encourage pupil progress, independence, and confidence
- Help create a positive, inclusive, and supportive learning environment
About You
- Qualification: Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification (essential)
- Experience: Previous experience supporting SEND pupils in a Primary School setting
- Personal Qualities: Patient, empathetic, reliable, and committed to inclusion
