Salary: £32,000 base + commission (OTE £35,000-£40,000+ in Year 1)

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Sourcing, interviewing, and supporting educators for temporary and permanent roles in schools
  • Writing professional candidate profiles and marketing them to schools
  • Building strong relationships with teachers, support staff, and school leaders
  • Meeting weekly goals and KPIs (we support you every step of the way)
  • Working closely with experienced mentors to learn business development and client care
  • Matching candidates to roles where they’ll make a genuine impact
