What You’ll Be Doing:
- Sourcing, interviewing, and supporting educators for temporary and permanent roles in schools
- Writing professional candidate profiles and marketing them to schools
- Building strong relationships with teachers, support staff, and school leaders
- Meeting weekly goals and KPIs (we support you every step of the way)
- Working closely with experienced mentors to learn business development and client care
- Matching candidates to roles where they’ll make a genuine impact
