Tradewind Recruitment's Northampton office is our newest location, already home to three incredibly successful consultants whose performance has driven rapid growth. Their success has allowed us to expand again - and we're now looking for a Trainee Recruitment Consultant to join the business.
Based in the heart of Northampton town centre, this office offers the energy of a growing hub with the backing of one of the UK's largest education recruitment agencies. Northampton is a vibrant and well-connected town, known for its strong business community, excellent transport links, and growing professional scene - making it an exciting place to build a long-term career.
The Role
- Interview and place candidates into schools
- Build long-term relationships with candidates and clients
- Work towards weekly KPIs and performance targets
- Develop sales, negotiation, and influencing skills
- Be coached daily by high-performing consultants and managers
No recruitment experience is required - attitude, drive, and ambition are essential.
What We Offer
- £28,000 - £30,000 starting salary
- £35,000 - £40,000 realistic Year 1 earnings
