Tradewind Recruitment is expanding our St Albans office and hiring ambitious individuals to join our Impact Academy - our industry-leading training programme for future top-billing Recruitment Consultants.

The Role - Recruitment Consultant
In your first year you will:
- Source, interview and place candidates into schools
- Build professional candidate profiles for client marketing
- Work to clear weekly KPIs and performance targets
- Earn commission at every stage of progress
- Develop confidence in negotiation, relationship-building and time management
You’ll be supported daily by:
- An experienced Team Manager
- Dedicated in-house trainers
- A personal mentor
- One of the strongest education recruitment teams in the UK
What Happens After Year 1?
You’ll move onto a Sales Desk with advanced training in:
- Business development & margin negotiation
- Client management & safeguarding
- Handling objections and difficult conversations
- Long-term career planning and leadership development
Many Impact Academy consultants reach top-10 biller status within 12 months of moving into sales.
