Your Role
You’ll use your education knowledge to:
- Interview and support teachers and support staff
- Match candidates to suitable school environments
- Create high-quality CV profiles
- Work alongside sales teams to fill vacancies
- Build long-term relationships with schools and candidates
Following your first year, you’ll receive advanced training in:
- Business development
- Negotiation and client management
- Safeguarding and compliance
- Handling challenging conversations
Essential Criteria
- UK driving licence
- UK right to work - no sponsorship
- A consistent CV showing commitment and transferable skills
- Strong communication, organisation, and relationship-building skills
- A desire to move into a commercial, target-driven role
