Tradewind Recruitment is seeking an experienced Reception 1:1 Teaching Assistant for a welcoming Primary School in Redbridge, starting September 2026. The role includes providing 1:1 support to help children access their learning and develop confidence, whilst working 32.5 hours per week during term time.

Ideal candidates must have:

  • a minimum of one year's experience as a Teaching Assistant
