Tradewind Recruitment are currently recruiting Religious Education (RE) Teachers for a variety of opportunities across secondary schools in Merseyside, including Wigan, Warrington, St Helens and the Wirral. We are keen to hear from passionate RE Teachers seeking long-term teaching roles, daily supply, fixed-term contracts and permanent teaching opportunities for the new academic year and beyond.

Our partner secondary schools regularly require talented Religious Education Teachers to teach KS3 and KS4, supporting students to develop critical thinking, ethical understanding and respect for different beliefs and cultures. Whether you're an experienced RE Teacher, a Humanities Teacher with Religious Education experience, or an Early Career Teacher (ECT), we'd love to hear from you.

The successful candidates will:

  • Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
  • Have experience teaching Religious Education across KS3 and KS4
  • Deliver engaging and inclusive lessons that inspire students
  • Demonstrate excellent classroom and behaviour management
  • Be committed to raising attainment and supporting positive outcomes
