Are you an inspirational SEN Teaching Assistant looking to work in a dynamic, highly regarded specialist setting?
Key Responsibilities as an SEN TA- Provide high-quality, tailored support to pupils aged 3-19 across various key stages (from Early Years foundational skills through to Further Education and life skills).
- Assist with a wide spectrum of needs, helping students navigate learning obstacles related to ASC, speech and language, physical disabilities, or sensory impairments.
- Promote independence, self-discipline, and vital 'learning to learn' skills to prepare young people for adulthood.
- Work collaboratively with a dedicated team of specialist teachers, therapists, and support staff to ensure a safe, supportive, and active learning environment.
- Assist with personal care, mobility, and sensory diets with the utmost dignity and respect.
- Experience: Proven experience working with children or young people with complex SEND (such as MLD, SLD, PMLD, or Autism).
- Qualifications/Skills: Knowledge of positive behaviour support, alternative communication systems (e.g., PECS, Makaton), or moving and handling is highly desirable.

- Availability: Ability to commit to a full-time schedule, 8:30 am - 3:30 pm, Monday to Friday.
