About the Role

We are recruiting a High-Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) to join a welcoming mainstream primary school in Huntingdon. In this role, you will:

  • Support class teachers across KS1 and KS2
  • Cover PPA sessions and deliver pre-planned lessons
  • Provide 1:1 support and work with small groups of pupils
  • Adapt learning activities to meet a range of abilities and needs
  • Support pupils with additional needs, including those with SEN, ensuring inclusive learning opportunities
  • Work closely with teaching staff to maintain a positive and engaging classroom environment
