What You’ll Be Doing
- Supporting teachers in Hertfordshire's primary and secondary schools
- Working with children with special educational needs, such as autism, ADHD, and SEMH
- Offering focused support to pupils 1:1 or in small groups to boost their confidence and engagement
- Helping children build essential skills in communication, concentration, and emotional regulation
- Learning from inside the classroom what inclusive, child-centred teaching really looks like
