Tradewind Recruitment are currently looking for a Primary Step-Out Tutor to provide tailored educational support to children who are currently unable to access a traditional school environment. This role would suit an experienced Primary Teacher, Tutor, Teaching Assistant or education professional who is confident working with children who may have SEN, SEMH needs, behavioural difficulties or barriers to learning.
The successful candidate will provide a calm, nurturing and structured approach, helping pupils rebuild their confidence with education and gradually work towards re-engaging with learning.
The Role
- Providing 1:1 educational support to primary-aged pupils
