Primary SEND Teacher - Lower KS2 (ECT welcome)

Role: ECT or KS2 Teacher
Setting: Sanza are working with a specialist SEND primary school in Brent
Start: September 2025
Contract: Full-time, permanent or long-term
Salary: Main pay scale

The Role:
Lead a Lower KS2 class of around 8 pupils, delivering creative and engaging lessons in a supportive SEND context. Plan and teach lessons that meet individual EHCPs, working closely with TAs. Participate in staff briefings, support pupil transition planning, and contribute to a nurturing learning environment.

Ideal Candidate:

ECT or qualified KS2 teacher

Interest or experience in special educational needs (particularly autism)

Strong classroom management and relationship-building skills
