About the Role
- Supporting pupils with SEND on a one-to-one and small group basis.
- Working across Reception and Key Stage 1 classrooms.
- Encouraging independence, confidence and engagement in learning.
- Supporting children's communication, emotional development and social skills.
- Delivering interventions under the guidance of the class teacher and SENCO.
- Building positive relationships with pupils, staff and families.
- Promoting positive behaviour and supporting emotional regulation.
- Contributing to an inclusive, nurturing and stimulating learning environment.
About You
