Whether you're working 1:1, in small groups, or within the whole class, you'll play a crucial role in encouraging pupils' progress and confidence.
What you'll be doing:
- Supporting class teachers with daily routines and learning activities
- Providing one-on-one or group support to pupils with varying needs
- Helping prepare lesson materials and tidy up learning spaces
- Encouraging positive behaviour and emotional development
- Observing and reporting student progress
