Make a daily impact on children's learning journey. Tradewind is seeking passionate and adaptable Primary Teaching Assistants to support classes across Cornwall. Whether you're working 1:1, in small groups, or within the whole class, you'll play a crucial role in encouraging pupils' progress and confidence.
What you'll be doing:
- Supporting class teachers with daily routines and learning activities
- Providing one-on-one or group support to pupils with varying needs
- Helping prepare lesson materials and tidy up learning spaces
- Encouraging positive behaviour and emotional development
- Observing and reporting student progress
Who we're looking for:
- Previous experience with children in educational or childcare settings
- Friendly, positive and resilient personality
- A flexible team player with great communication skills
- A DBS on the Update Service or willingness to obtain one
