Contract Type: Flexible daily and short term absence cover. Term time only temporary contract.
Daily Rate: £130 - £168.80 (Daily supply ladder for low commitment work with no planning and preparation duties).
The Opportunity: Tradewind Education is seeking enthusiastic Primary Teachers (QTS) to join our successful team for the May 2026 term. We partner with a diverse range of vibrant primary schools across Blackpool, Fylde, and Wyre. This role is ideal for educators who want to build a professional network across local schools while maintaining total control over their weekly schedule.
Your Role as a Supply Teacher: You will support local schools by delivering engaging lessons across the primary age range (Reception to Year 6). Daily Cover: No planning required! Simply arrive, deliver pre-set work, mark and reset the class before leaving! These bookings may be one day's sickness cover or a week's cover in a school. They are typically sickness related or planned absence bookings. School Standards should be maintained in the Teacher's absence.

Requirements: To be successful in this role, you must:

- Possess strong interpersonal skills to build quick rapport with staff and pupils.
Desirable: Experience across EYFS, KS1, or KS2 and a willingness to travel within the Wyre area.
