Tradewind Recruitment is seeking a resilient Behaviour Mentor to support SEMH students at a Preston specialist school from September.

The role covers ages 10 to 19, with 1-to-1 and small group mentoring and use of positive behaviour management to maintain a safe learning environment.

You will collaborate with teaching staff, pastoral leads and external agencies to track progress and support pupils through to post-16 pathways.
