Tradewind Recruitment is seeking an experienced Education Recruitment Consultant to take over an established Secondary desk within our Preston office. Currently billing approximately £4,500 per week, this warm desk offers immediate earning potential alongside one of the strongest commission structures in education recruitment.

Essential Criteria

  • Minimum 12 months' Education Recruitment experience
  • Secondary recruitment experience preferred
  • Proven billing success
  • Strong client and candidate management skills
  • A commercial, sales-driven mindset

Applications from recruiters without education recruitment experience will not be considered.

The Opportunity

This is a warm desk with existing schools, regular bookings and immediate revenue. You'll be responsible for:

  • Growing existing client accounts
  • Winning new school business
  • Building relationships with Secondary schools
  • Managing candidate placements
  • Conducting school visits
  • Driving business development activity

You'll be supported by specialist Resourcing, Compliance, Payroll, Marketing and IT teams so you can spend your time generating revenue.
