Position

Part‑Time Teaching Assistant – Year 3, PR4, start September 2026. The role is part‑time, long‑term, based in the PR4 area.

  • Tuesday: Full day
  • Wednesday: Full day
  • Thursday: Morning
  • Friday: Morning

Responsibilities

The successful candidate will work closely with the class teacher, providing general classroom support, helping pupils to access learning, and contributing to a positive and engaging learning environment.

Qualifications

  • Previous experience working as a Teaching Assistant in a primary school.
  • Confidence supporting children in Key Stage 2, ideally Year 3.
  • Patient, enthusiastic and committed to helping children achieve their full potential.
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team and build positive relationships with pupils and staff.
  • Hold a relevant Teaching Assistant qualification or have equivalent classroom experience.
