Are you an Early Career Teacher looking to gain experience in supportive schools across Lancashire? We're currently working with a number of welcoming primary and secondary schools in Preston, Bamber Bridge and Leyland, and are looking for ECTs who are keen to build their confidence in the classroom.
There are opportunities available for both long-term placements and day-to-day supply, depending on what suits you best. Several of our partner schools are also able to support ECT induction, meaning there is the potential to have your ECT period signed off while working in these roles.
Whether you're looking to settle into a longer placement or try a range of schools while building experience, we'll help find the right fit for you.
