Pay: Β£95-Β£110 per day - Depending on qualifications & experience
Tradewind Recruitment are seeking a dedicated 1:1 Teaching Assistant to support a Year 4 pupil with SEND at a welcoming primary school in Prenton. The successful candidate will provide consistent support throughout the school day, helping the pupil access learning, develop confidence and build independence.
The role will involve:
- Providing 1:1 SEND support
- Supporting access to the curriculum
- Encouraging positive behaviour and emotional regulation
- Working closely with the class teacher and SENDCo
- Supporting the pupil's social and emotional development
We're looking for someone who is patient, nurturing, reliable and passionate about supporting children with additional needs. Previous SEND experience is desirable, but relevant experience working with children will also be considered. The role runs until December 2026, with the possibility of extension.
