Responsibilities
- The Work: The bulk of the planning is already completed by our talented year-group leads. Your role is to take those plans and deliver them with high energy and impact.
- Exposure: You will experience the unique dynamics of different key stages, making it an ideal role for an ECT or an HLTA looking to step up.
- Continuity: This is a full-time commitment until the end of the academic year (July 2026), providing stability for both you and the school.
Key Requirements
- Qualification: You must be a Qualified Teacher (QTS) or a Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA/Level 4).
