The Role
We are seeking a confident, professional, and dynamic HLTA to deliver high-quality PPA cover across the school for the duration of the Autumn term. This is a brilliant opportunity to lead classrooms in a highly supportive environment where the hard work of lesson preparation is already done for you!

Requirements
- Must hold a Level 4 HLTA qualification (or equivalent/higher) or be an experienced instructor/unqualified teacher comfortable with whole‑class delivery.
- Strong knowledge of the Key Stage 1 and Key Stage 2 (KS1/KS2) National Curriculum to effectively deliver provided lessons across different year groups.
- Excellent classroom management skills with a warm, positive, and authoritative presence.
- A flexible, adaptable nature and a genuine alignment with nurture‑led education.
