- Qualifications: A Level 2 or Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification is highly desirable. Training in Team Teach, MAPA, or similar de‑escalation techniques is a major advantage.
- Skills: Exceptional patience, strong communication skills, and a non‑judgemental, empathetic approach.
- Reliability: Consistency is crucial for this pupil; we need someone committed to the daily 08:30 - 12:30 routine.
