Part‑Time SENCO – Early Years Setting (Hammersmith & Fulham)

September 2026 Start. 3 days per week. Maternity Cover. Paid to Scale.

The Role

Part‑time SENCO position (3 days per week). Flexible working pattern available (set timetable also accommodated).

  • Maternity cover from September 2026 until July 2027.
  • Paid to scale.
  • Work within a maintained nursery school environment.
  • Lead and manage SEND provision across the setting.
  • Liaise with parents, external agencies, and staff to ensure children receive the support they need.
  • The Ideal Candidate
  • Holds the NASENCO qualification, or
  • Has substantial experience managing the SENCO workload within a school or early years setting.
  • Has experience working within Early Years.
  • Demonstrates excellent knowledge of SEND legislation and best practice.
  • Is organised, proactive, and passionate about supporting children with additional needs.
