SANZA Teaching Agency are partnering with a beautifully situated primary school to find an experienced and capable Part-Time School Administrator who can bring calm, competence and warmth to the heart of a thriving school office. This is not your average admin role - the school's setting is genuinely stunning, green and the environment reflects that. The Role Involves:

  • Managing admissions processes from initial enquiry through to enrolment
  • Monitoring and recording pupil attendance accurately and efficiently
  • Acting as first point of contact - front of house, phones and visitor management
  • Day-to-day use of the Arbor Management Information System (MIS)
  • General school office administration and supporting the wider leadership team as needed

Are You the Right Fit?

  • Proven experience in a school administration role - this is essential, not desirable
  • Confident and accurate in handling admissions and attendance responsibilities
  • A polished, professional and friendly front-of-house manner
  • Hands-on experience with Arbor (strongly preferred)
  • Highly organised with the ability to manage competing priorities during a busy school day
  • Discrete, trustworthy and confident working with sensitive information
  • Available Thursdays and Fridays - and ideally open to Wednesdays should the need arise
