Reception Teacher (Job Share) - 2.5 Days per Week Camden | September 2026 - December 2026 | Long-Term Supply

Sanza teaching agency, sister company of Tradewind Recruitment are seeking an enthusiastic and committed Reception Teacher to join a welcoming primary school in Camden from 1st September 2026 until December 2026 on a 2.5-day-per-week job share basis.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced EYFS teacher or a strong ECT looking to work in a well-established Early Years team where children are encouraged to develop confidence, curiosity and a love of learning.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver engaging EYFS lessons aligned to the Early Years Foundation Stage curriculum.
  • Support children's development across communication, literacy, mathematics and personal development.
  • Deliver daily phonics teaching.
  • Create stimulating indoor and outdoor learning experiences.
  • Monitor progress and maintain accurate assessment records.
  • Promote positive behaviour and strong parental engagement.
  • Work collaboratively with the job-share teacher and wider EYFS team.
  • Candidate Requirements
  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
  • Experience teaching within EYFS or Reception.
  • Strong understanding of child development and early learning.
  • Excellent classroom management and organisational skills.
  • Ability to build positive relationships with children, colleagues and families.
  • Pay and Progression

Daily Rate: £213.99 - £301.73 per day. Pay is determined using the national teacher pay scale and is paid at the equivalent Inner London teacher rate.

Teachers receiving the highest daily rate will typically demonstrate

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
  • Significant successful EYFS teaching experience
  • Strong assessment and phonics knowledge
  • Evidence of consistently strong pupil outcomes
  • Ability to lead on areas of curriculum development and support colleagues
