Job Title: Part-time 1-1 SEN TA
Location: Dudley
Hours: Mon-Thurs, 8:30am-2:30pm
About the Role:
Tradewind are looking for a 1-1 SEN Teaching Assistant for a unique opportunity supporting 16-24 year old students in a mainstream Further Education setting. The ideal candidate will have experience supporting students across a wide range of needs and learning abilities.
Responsibilities:
- Provide dedicated support to students with SEND, aiding in their academic and personal development.
- Collaborate closely with educators to execute tailored learning plans.
- Cultivate an engaging, inclusive, and vibrant classroom atmosphere.
- Provide personalised assistance to students on an individual basis.
Requirements:
- Prior experience working with learners with SEND is highly preferred.
