Are you an experienced Tutor looking for a rewarding opportunity where you can make a genuine difference to the lives of young people with Special Educational Needs? Tradewind Recruitment are working with specialist education providers and local authorities to recruit experienced SEND Tutors to provide 1:1 tuition for KS3 and KS4 pupils who are currently unable to access mainstream education.
This role is ideal for an experienced tutor who enjoys building strong relationships, adapting learning to individual needs and helping young people regain confidence in education. The role is predominantly delivered outside of a traditional school setting, supporting pupils within their homes, community venues or other agreed learning environments.
You will provide consistent, personalised support to pupils who benefit from having a trusted adult who can help them re-engage with learning.
Please note: Due to travelling between tutoring locations, a full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle are essential.
